Cleam hotel, nice location and appetizer happy hours. Very friendly staff and wide open lobby with plenty of places to sit and relax, also a full bar with both alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. Rooms are clean and nice size. A must mentiom, Destiny at the front desk is a absolute Rockstar! Without going into detail she helped me with a situations like a true professional. Thank you Destiny!

Sara doesn’t know what she’s talking about. It’s an Holiday Inn in ABQ…not the Ritz. OMG your sheets smelled of bleach. You mean they smelled clean! If they smelled like flowers you’d probably complain about the fabric softener giving you a rash as well. I’ve never seen homeless people wondering around here. I’ve seen them in the area but again…ABQ. During my last stay, the only sketchy person I saw was some guy driving up to me in the parking lot to give me a fake sad story and trying to get money out of me. As he was doing this, one of the staff members came out to watch what was happening just in case I need help. This last stay here, the room was clean, the wifi is fast, the new coffee machine make a good cup of coffee, the staff were all super nice and helpful. Even the young lady working at night only gave me a little bit of well deserved grief the 3rd time I locked myself out of my room. I like this location as it near to the airport, the AFB and the college. The last two being import because that’s where my customers are located. I’ll stay here again.

I’ve stayed there a ton of times over the last 10 years. The place is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included and pretty decent.

Great! This place was great. The towels were fluffy, and the room was great. I was about to eat my chocolate mint when someone knocked on the door and stole my lucky signed glow-in-the-dark snorkel! But the rest of the place was great, especially the location!

Great location near airport and Interstates 25 & 40. Welcoming staff, including Alyssa, who reached out to us periodically during trip to see how things were. Hotel is spotless. Complimentary breakfast is ample including coffee, juice, cheese omelets, yogurt, sausage and pastries. Bathtub/shower combo has containers of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Room has thermostat, flat-screen television, fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, and digital alarm clock. We are happy with our choice and would definitely stay here agan.

Friendly Staff, clean room. I travel with a small dog and there was a $30 charge which is not bad I've had way higher Shower was hot and I've had plenty of times with Luke warm water or no hot water at all. Which is surprising.

I really like this hotel. I stayed here before and enjoy my stay every time. It's clean, staff are nice and friendly. Have always felt welcome here.

I was visiting my boyfriend who goes here for school over the past weekend. When I arrived, I did get here some hours early before the confirmed check-in time. I forgot her name, but a nice lady at the front desk was more than happy to check me in early. The room itself was comfortable and nice to stay in. The bathroom was spacious and had the absolute best lighting for me to do my makeup in. I suppose the only problem I had was just the water pressure not being too great in the shower, but it really isn't a big deal to me. In this hotel, the coffee is not in the room but rather in the lobby. I actually quite like it, because they had an entire coffee bar spread there. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable. As a female solo traveler, I did feel safe staying here and in this area. When I come back to visit in the future, I will definitely stay here again!
